Adding an SFTP user

For customer contact assigned SFTP users, an email notification is sent informing the user that an SFTP user account has been created for them. The email contains a link to CSSP where they can update their password.

  1. Select Single-Tenant > Deployments.
  2. Select the deployment from the list.
  3. Click the SFTP Service tab.
  4. Click CREATE USER.
  5. In Create SFTP User dialog box, specify this information:
    • For a Customer Contact assigned SFTP user, enter a user name and select an assigned user from the list.
    • For a System SFTP user, enter a user name and password.
  6. Click CREATE USER.
