Domains

You register a domain in CSSP, but your IT department must do the initial setup. After you register your domain name in CSSP you receive the verification token. After your IT department has the token in place, you can manually verify the domain in CSSP and implement it immediately.

After you finish domain verification, CSSP checks the verification automatically once per week. If the automatic verification fails, then CSSP performs these actions:

• Sends a notification regarding the failed verification.
• Runs the automatic verification every day for the next three days and sends you a reminder every day.
• Sends the final notification after three days of failing verification. Keeps the domain status as Failed.

If during the three days the verification succeeds, CSSP sends a notification regarding the successful verification.
