SFTP add users notifications

An email notification is sent for both success and failure scenarios. These are possible notification scenarios:
  • If CSSP launches service request successfully, then the contact associated with the SFTP user receives notification.
  • If CSSP fails to launch the service request due to validation or any internal errors, then the contact associated with the SFTP user receives a notification.
  • If no contact is associated with the SFTP user, then the customer admin who is enabled to receive notifications receives the email notification.
