When there is an issue with enabling a feature for a particular application in environment, the Not Synchronized status is displayed in the Application Status column of the Feature Enablement table. The Not Synchronized status means that there was an issue with enabling the feature in the selected environment. These are the steps to synchronize any environments that are in a Not Synchronized status.

  1. In CSSP select Features.
  2. On the Features Availability page, select the feature that shows the Not Synchronized status.
  3. If an application uses components, the value in the Environment Type column is shown as a hyperlink. Click the hyperlink to open the Feature Components dialog box.
  4. Click Retry Sync.
    If the Not Synchronized status does not change to Synchronized, go to Infor Concierge and create a support incident for the relevant application support team.
