Contact management

The Contact Management page shows a list of users. An admin user can edit users' access privileges and personal information. Basic users cannot view the Contact Management page.

Users are synchronized every hour.

Note: You cannot edit disabled fields through CSSP directly. Disabled fields can be edited by Contact Administrators in Infor Concierge under Administration > Manage Contacts. To view your Contact Administrators, go to Profile > My Profile in Infor Concierge.
