Verifying domain after failure

If a previously verified domain fails during the weekly auto-verification process, you can re-verify the domain manually. The domain record must be fixed by your IT department.

  1. Select Multi-Tenant > Domains.
  2. Select the domain.
  3. In the Domain Details dialog box, click Verify.

    If the credentials have been fixed correctly in your domain records, then the verification status shows SUCCESS, and you can use the domain.

    Note: If the domain re-verification process is not completed within the given time frame, then Infor applications fill fall back to the default domain. For example, infor.com or inforcloudsuite.com.
