Changing an admin password

For environments which are not integrated with Infor Ming.le or Infor OS Portal for sign-in, CSSP offers the ability to reset administrator passwords. Only users with admin role can change an admin password.

  1. Select Multi-Tenant > Environments.
  2. Select the environment.
  3. Click the Admin Password Reset Requests tab.
  4. Click Create new request.
  5. In the Password Request dialog box specify the admin user name and password.
Note: You can click Generate Random Password to generate the password automatically. If you do use the Generate Random Password functionality, the password is not displayed on your screen. It is copied to the Clipboard. You can paste it into any application you are using. Ensure you save the password.
  6. Click Submit. The request status is pending.
  7. Refresh the page to see the final status.

If the status is failed, repeat the admin password reset request. If it fails again, then go to Infor Concierge and create a support incident.
