Parent-to-Child company refresh

Companies that have established a Parent-Child relationship can perform a refresh from the Parent company to the Child company. A child company can use the tenant of its parent company as the source tenant when you perform a refresh.

To enable a parent-to-child refresh, open Infor Concierge and create a support incident. This should only be done after a parent-child relationship is established for your companies.

  1. Sign in to CSSP as the child company.
  2. Select Multi-Tenant > CloudSuites.
  3. Select the target CloudSuite.
  4. Click Refresh CloudSuite.
  5. In the Refresh CloudSuite dialog box, select a Parent tenant as the source CloudSuite.
  6. Select the Full Refresh check box. When selected, each selected environment undergoes a full refresh, meaning that the entire database of each target environment is refreshed. When deselected, you can choose to perform a partial refresh for the selected environments. This option does not affect the ability to select or deselect the products included in the refresh.
  7. Select the check boxes next to the environments you want to refresh.
    Some environments have optional parameters. Click the Expand icon next to each environment see the details for the parameters. Do not change any of these values unless you are instructed otherwise by your application's user guide. Fields with an asterisk are required and must be specified before you submit the data refresh request. Your application documentation can provide more information about what values, if any, must be provided.
  8. Click Next.
  9. Specify this information:
    Run Date
    Select the refresh date.
    Run Window
    Select a predefined run window from the list. The run window indicates a period of time during which the refresh can run. The refresh is started during the run window and continues running until it is finished. To prevent the server overload, there is a limit of refreshes that are allowed in a time window. If the limit is reached, the time window is not available for scheduling on the specific date. See the Window Details section in the dialog box for the specific times that are associated with the selected run window.
  10. Click Submit.

    The parent company's CloudSuite data is refreshed to the selected CloudSuite.

    If any required field is left blank, an error message is displayed. Specify the missing information and click Submit.
