Resetting SFTP password

You can reset the SFTP password for your environment on the SFTP tab in CSSP. This requires updates to any integrations that rely on the SFTP credentials. For more information on those integrations, see the Knowledge Base Article 2324923.

  1. Select Multi-Tenant > Environments.
  2. Select the environment.
  3. Click the SMTP tab.
  4. Click Reset Password.
  5. To confirm, click Yes.
  6. Click Show under the Password field to view the new password.
