Registering a domain

  1. Select Multi-Tenant > Domains.
  2. Click Add Domain.
  3. In the Add Domain dialog box specify your company domain.
  4. Click Save.

    You can only use the main domain, for example, infor.com. Subdomains, for example, mail.infor.com, are not supported.

  5. In the Domain Details dialog box, verify that the Verification Status field shows PENDING.
  6. Provide the verification token to your IT department.
  7. After the IT department confirms that the verification token is added, click Verify.

    The verification process does a DNS lookup of your domain to check if the expected TXT record is present. If it is present, then the Verification Status shows SUCCESS, and you can use the domain. If verification fails, the Verification Status changes to FAILED.

    If verification fails, then check if the required TXT record is present by doing a DNS lookup of your domain. You can use any DNS lookup tool to list the TXT records. You must find a record with this value infor-cloudsuite-domain-verification=. If the record is not present, then work with your IT department to take corrective action.
