Editing existing contact

  1. Select Multi-Tenant > Contact Management.
  2. Select an existing contact from the contact list.
  3. In the Edit Contact Information dialog box, make any necessary changes to the contact information.
    Note: You can change the user role, the user's subscription to maintenance emails, the user's subscription to SMS alerts, and clear the check box to Subscribe to Maintenance Complete SMS Alerts. All other details in the Edit Contact Information dialog box are managed by the user in Infor Concierge.
  4. Click SAVE.
