Scheduling a CloudSuite refresh
You must have an administrator role to refresh a CloudSuite.
- Select Multi-Tenant > CloudSuites.
- Select the target CloudSuite.
- Click Refresh CloudSuite.
- In the Refresh CloudSuite dialog box select the source CloudSuite.
- Select the Full Refresh check box. When selected, each selected environment undergoes a full refresh, meaning that the entire database of each target environment is refreshed. When deselected, you can choose to perform a partial refresh for the selected environments. This option does not affect the ability to select or deselect the products included in the refresh.
-
Select the check boxes next to the environments you want to refresh.
Some environments have optional parameters. Click the Expand icon next to each environment to see the details for the parameters. Do not change any of these values unless directed to do so by your application's user guide. Fields marked with an asterisk are required and must be filled before you submit the data refresh request. Your application documentation can provide more information about what values, if any, must be provided.
- Click Next.
-
Specify this information:
- Run Date
- Select the refresh date.
- Run Window
- Select a pre-defined run window from the list. A run window indicates a period of time during which the refresh can run. The refresh is started sometime during the run window and continues running until it is finished. To prevent server overload, there is a limit on the number of refreshes allowed in a time window. If the limit is reached, that time window is not available for scheduling on that date. See the Window Details section in the dialog box for the specific times associated with the selected run window.
-
Click Submit.
If any required field is left empty, an error message is displayed. Fill in the missing information and click Submit again.
