Status description

These service statuses are possible:
  • Operational

    The default status that is displayed when Infor Cloud Services are fully operational.

  • Degradation

    Indicates a service-impacting event that can affect some environments within an Amazon Web Services (AWS) region. This status is used when a major incident affects only some of the environments of a product within an AWS region.

  • Service Interruption

    Indicates a service-impacting event that affects all environments within an AWS region. This status is used when a major incident affects all environments of a product within an AWS region.

  • Maintenance

    Indicates that maintenance is being performed that currently affects an environment.

  • Assessing

    A temporary status, which indicates a reported issue and that the Infor staff investigates the issue. When there is no issue, the status changes to Operational. When the issue is identified, the status changes to indicate the appropriate service access.
