Infor CloudSuite Service Status Page

The Infor CloudSuite Service Status page provides a view of the status of your company’s multi-tenant environments.

The Service Status page indicates when an environment, service, or critical functionality that is associated with a service is unavailable because of a major incident or maintenance activity. The Service Status page also shows the history of recent incidents and upcoming maintenance that is scheduled in the next seven days.

If you notice a service interruption for any of your Cloud environments that is not reflected on the Service Status page, you can submit a case through Infor Concierge. In the case description mention that there is a system outage.

The Service Status page is displayed in these locations:

For most status-related events, for example Planned maintenance or Service Interruptions, in addition to the status being displayed on the he Service Status page, a notification is sent to customer contacts who subscribe to email notifications or SMS alerts.
