Troubleshoot failed packages

  1. Sign in to CSSP.
  2. Select Configuration Management > Local Packages.
  3. Select a package with Failure status to open the Local Package Details page.
  4. Click the Overview tab to see which applications failed.
  5. Click View in the Messages column to open the Export Messages menu. A list of messages returned from the application is displayed. If the messages are too long for the Message column, click Full Message in the View column.
  6. Review the messages and your application's Configuration Management Reference Guide to troubleshoot the issue.
  7. If further assistance is required, submit a case on Infor Concierge for the support team of the failed application. Ensure you include the message details and the RequestId. These can be found on the Overview tab of the Local Package Details page.
  8. After the issue is resolved, follow the steps in the Retry failed packages topic in this guide to proceed. Sometimes it is better to create an entirely new package.
