Retry failed tags

The tag creation process can sometimes fail. When that happens, the tag status is displayed as Failure. You can retry creating the tag. You must first identify the application that caused the failure and then correct the issue within the application.

  1. Sign in to CSSP.
  2. Select Configuration Management > Tags.
  3. Select the failed tag from the table to view details in the Tag Details page.
  4. Review the application table to determine which applications have the Last Tag Action Status of Error.

  6. After the problem is resolved, click Retry from the Tag Details page to retry the tag creation.
