Entitled global packages

Use the Entitled global packages page to view all the packages which have been entitled to your company. You must have the Config Admin role to view the packages. You can then deploy the package to your tenants. More details on how the entitlement process works will be shared in future releases. For the 2024.10 release, all CloudSuite Industrial and CloudSuite Distribution customers are automatically entitled to a global package.

Before a package can be deployed, the Global Package feature must be enabled for any target environments where you want to deploy the package. You can enable the feature using the Features menu in CSSP.

The deployment will not complete successfully in these cases:

Another package deployment to the same target tenant (either local or global) is currently INPROGRESS.
A data refresh involving one or more of the target environments is INPROGRESS.

Wait for these events to complete before launching a deployment.
