Exporting the data template for target values

A data template exported from SPE is a comma-separated values (CSV) file that you can use to supply target values and import back into the application.

  1. From the SPE home page, select Actuals and Targets > Target Values.
  2. Select an organization unit from the Organization list.
  3. Select a Reporting Year from the Organization list.
  4. Click Export data template.
  5. Open the Downloads folder in your local machine to get the exported file.
