Managing actual values

Updating or deleting actual values triggers recalculation on the KPIs with dependency on the updated KPI or metric.

  1. From the SPE home page, select Actuals and Targets > Data Reporting.
  2. Select the period of the actual value to update.
  3. Click Edit Values.
  4. Update the actual values for selected period.
  5. To remove the actual values, delete the records for the selected period.
  6. Click Save.
