Viewing narrative responses

The Narratives tab is displayed when the Show Narratives is toggled on in the Overview Details section.

This tab displays the narrative responses entered through the Narrative Reporting section under the Actuals and Targets module.

  1. On the SPE home page, select a strategy or an area of impact.
  2. Click the Narratives tab. The Organization and Reporting Year fields are populated by default.
  3. Click Open to display the details of the narrative record.
  4. Alternatively, specify a record in the search icon to search for a narrative through keyword.
    Note: If the selected organization is the top level, an additional section displays the narrative responses from each underlying legal entity. These responses are read-only and initially display a single line that you can expand to view the full content. A placeholder text is displayed when a level has not provided a response
  5. Optionally, select a different record in the Organization or Reporting Year fields to display responses.
