Viewing dashboards

After the analysis boards are selected to present the collected data, the Analysis Boards tab is added to the Strategy or AOI page.

Users can view data sets for the selected organization and reporting year based on the configured content of the selected board.

  1. On the SPE home page, select a strategy or area of impact.
  2. Click the Analysis Boards tab.
  3. Select a board to view.
  4. Optionally, you can change the organization and the default column definition to another column template by performing these steps:
    1. Select a value in the Organization field.
      Note: When you select an organization that has lower‑level organizations, the dashboard displays rolled‑up and aggregated metric and KPI values.
    2. In the Column Definition field, select one of these templates:
    Actual year - by period and actual values
    Actual metric values are displayed per period for the selected reporting year.
    Actual year - by period and actual/target values
    Actual and target values are displayed.
    Actual year - by period and actual/target index
    Calculated index values comparing actuals to targets are displayed.
    Actual year - by period and actual/target variance
    Variance between actual and target values are displayed.
    5 years overview - by period and actual values
    Data from the four years preceding the selected reporting year are displayed.
    5 years overview - by period and actual/target values
    Data from the four years preceding the selected reporting year for comparison of actuals versus targets.
    5 years overview - by period and actual/target Index
    Performance metrics across five years, starting from the selected reporting year and including the four preceding years are displayed.
    5 years overview - by period and actual/target Variance
    Variance tracking across five years, starting from the selected reporting year and including the four preceding years are displayed.
    ESG reporting years - (index against target year over previous years)
    Use ESG dashboards to compare performance against a baseline year and a target year.
    Note: All metric values are displayed in the dashboard using the default unit of measurement of the KPIs and metrics.
