Adding an AOI to the strategy

Use AOI to enable you to map out tasks and decisions, create notes and attachments, and assign items to responsible individuals for activities related to the area of impact.

  1. From the SPE home page, click the Side panel icon to show all strategies.
  2. Select the strategy for which you want to add an AOI.
  3. Click Add Item.
  4. Specify a name for your AOI.
  5. Select a value in the Responsible field. The default status is Draft.
    Note: If you cannot find a user in the Responsible field, contact the administrator to ensure that the user has the SPE-ProgramManager role in IFS.
  6. Click Save.
