Adding a sublevel AOI to the area of impact

  1. On the Area of Impact, click the ellipsis icon to show the options.
  2. Select Add sublevel item.
  3. Specify a name for your AOI.
  4. Select the responsible person for the AOI in the Responsible field. The default status is Draft.
    Note: If you cannot find a user in the Responsible field, contact the administrator to ensure that the user has the SPE-ProgramManager role in IFS.
  5. Click Save.
    Note: You can add up to eight sublevels of AOI to an AOI under a strategy.
