Rearranging KPIs and metrics in a metric structure

The KPIs and metrics are displayed in the metric structure tree in the same order in which they are displayed in the dashboard. To customize the order, you can drag and drop the items in the structure.

  1. On the SPE home page, select Administration > KPIs and Metrics > Metric Structures.
  2. Select a metric structure from the list.
  3. Click the pencil icon to edit.
  4. Select Inactive from the Status field to disable the metric structure.
  5. Drag and drop KPIs and metrics to the correct position in the structure.
    Note: To update the order of child KPIs and metrics within a node, you must go to the specific metric structure associated with the KPI.
  6. Click the pencil icon to edit.
  7. Select Active from the Status field to enable the metric structure.
  8. Click Save.
