Specifying actual values for another period

You can specify actual values for other periods by clicking Report values or by editing actual values.

  1. On the SPE home page, select Actuals and Targets > Data Reporting.
  2. Click Report Values.
  3. You can click the left navigate button to navigate to previous periods.
  4. You can search for a metric or KPI to report. To find a metric or KPI in a long list, you can search by using the Code or Metric filter.
  5. Specify actual values for the previous periods.
    Note: You can determine the thousand and decimal separator values based on the locale settings of the signed-in user.
  6. Select a value in the Unit of measure field.
  7. Alternatively, click Edit values to specify actual values for the selected periods.
  8. Click Save.
