Exporting data template for actual values

A data template exported from SPE is a comma-separated values (CSV) file that you can use to supply actual measured values and import back into the application.
Note: The file for target values and the actual values may look similar, but are different. Ensure that you are exporting and importing the correct file format.
  1. From the SPE home page, select Actuals and Targets > Data Reporting.
  2. Select the organization unit to report from the Organization drop-down list.
  3. Select the Reporting Year from the drop-down list to report.
  4. Click Export data template.
  5. Open the Downloads folder in your local machine to get the exported file.
