Creating assignment in a reporting matrix

  1. On the SPE home page, select Administration > KPIs and Metrics > Reporting Matrix.
  2. Click + Add to create a new reporting matrix.
  3. Select a value in the Reporter field.
    Note: If you cannot find a user in the Reporter field, contact the administrator to ensure that the user has the SPE-User role in IFS.
  4. Select one or more metrics or KPIs to define the Reporter responsible in the Metric field. The Target Owner is automatically assigned based on the metric or KPI module.
  5. Select an organizational unit in the Organization field, for which the Reporter is responsible for data collection.
    Note: You can assign a Reporter to any level below Level 1. If a parent organization part is selected, all of its child organization parts are also assigned to the Reporter.
  6. Set up the reporting validity date range using the From Date and To Date fields.
    Note: If the To Date is left blank, the reporter can continue submitting data for the KPI or metric beyond the From Date.
  7. Click Save.
