Deleting a metric structure

You must set the status of the metric structure to inactive to ensure that it is not used in any KPI calculation or reports before deleting.

  1. On the SPE home page, select Administration > KPIs and Metrics > Metric Structures.
  2. Select a metric structure on the list view section and click the Edit icon.
  3. Set the status to inactive.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Click the Delete icon to show the confirmation window.
  6. Click Delete to permanently delete the metric structure.
    Note: To delete a metric structure, ensure that it is not assigned to a KPI or dashboard.
