Adding sublevels to the organization structure

You can add a sublevel in the existing organization to define structure in details.

When a new sublevel is created, the status is automatically updated to Inactive. The default status applies regardless of the level status of the parent organization. You cannot set the status to Active at the time of creation. An error message is displayed if the user attempts to change the status.

  1. On the SPE home page, select Administration > Organization.
  2. In the list view section of the Organization module, select a level to add a sublevel.
  3. Click Add icon to create a sublevel.
  4. Specify a Code for your sublevel organization.
  5. Specify a Name for your sublevel organization.
  6. Optionally, you can specify the Country, State, and City of the sublevel organization.
  7. Click Save.
    Note: The administrator can set the Organization Maximum Depth parameter during the initial setup, determining the maximum number of levels that can be created.
