Generating a strategy

You can create a new strategy by using the + icon or New Strategy menu.

  1. From the SPE home page, click the side panel icon.
  2. Click the + icon to open the New Strategy modal box.
  3. Alternatively, click + New Strategy from the home page.
  4. Specify a name for your strategy.
  5. Select a value in the Responsible field.
    Note: If you cannot find a user in the Responsible field , contact the administrator to ensure that the user has the SPE-ExecutiveSponsor role in IFS.
  6. Click the Save button.
    Note: The default status is Draft.
