Create a new strategy
Users can use SPE to document strategies, list down related tasks and decisions, create notes and attachments, and assign items to responsible individuals.
Activities related to planning and executing the strategies can be listed and monitored for Areas of impacts (AOI) in the application.
You can create a new strategy using the Side panel icon or the New Strategy menu.
Note: To create a new strategy, you must have an SPE-ExecutiveSponsor user role.
