Previewing a report-Report Generation

You can preview the report before committing to full ESG report generation.

  1. On the SPE home page, select Reporting > Report Generation.
  2. Click Generate new report.
  3. Specify this information:
    Organization
    Specify the organization for which the report is generated. The top‑level organization shows in the list.
    Legal identity identifier
    Specify the legal entity identifier of the selected organization.
    Reporting framework
    Specify the reporting framework that the report uses.
    Note: The Reporting framework field is not available if none of the legal entities in the selected organization has an assigned reporting framework.
    Period
    Specify the period that the report uses.
  4. Click View report preview.
    Note: You can use Export Data button to export the preview into CSV file.
