Generating a report-Report Management

To generate an ESG report, a Reporting Framework must be assigned to at least one legal entity of the organization.

  1. On the SPE home page, select Reporting > Report Management.
  2. Click Generate new report.
  3. Specify this information:
    Organization
    Specify the organization for which the report is generated. The top-level organization shows in the list.
    Legal identity identifier
    Specify the legal identity identifier of the selected organization.
    Reporting framework
    Specify the reporting framework that is used for the report.
    Note: This field is not available if no reporting framework is assigned to a legal entity of the selected organization.
    Period
    Specify the period that is used for the report.
  4. Click Generate.
