Select
Configuration > Cycle > Cycle Process
. A predefined cycle process with the
status
Normal
is displayed.
In the Cycle Process pane, you can:

Edit
To edit a predefined or an existing cycle process, click
the appropriate details icon, and in the details pane, click
Edit.
Duplicate
To create a new cycle process based on an existing one,
select the appropriate cycle process, and then click
Duplicate.
You can also:

In the details pane, click
New to add a new
cycle process event.
Delete
In the details pane, click
Delete to delete a
cycle process event.
Note: Edit existing fields. Except for the
Name field and the
System check box
(indicates whether the current cycle process is a predefined system) or a
user-defined cycle process, all fields are editable. See,
Creating cycle processes.
Click
Submit. Changes made to a
cycle process definition are not available until the start of the next cycle
period.
