Audit lists for My Content and My Links

Use the audit lists to view all application screens that contain uploaded content and links
These lists are downloadable comma-separated values (CSV) files. Each file contains this information:
  • Screen ID
  • Name
  • Last Modified By
  • Last Modified Date

Only users with the IDM-SuperUser role can download audit lists.

Accessing the audit list for the My Content channel

You must have the IDM-SuperUser role to access the list.

  1. Select the My Content channel of any screen of the application.
  2. Click Export Audit List (the XLS icon).
  3. Check your downloads folder for the file.

Accessing the audit list for the My List channel

You must have the IDM-SuperUser role to access the list.

  1. Select the My Links channel of any screen of the application.
  2. Click Export Audit List (the XLS icon).
  3. Check your downloads folder for the file.
