Learning activities in Smart Help
Another source for content for users with Infor HR Talent and the Learning & Development module is the Learning Activities Library with product demos, simulations, and materials. The Learning Activity channel allows users to link and access learning activities directly from inside Smart Help.
Users must have the IDM-User IFS Security role to view learning activities in Smart Help. Additionally, to add learning activities for Smart Help in HR Talent, users must have one of these HR Talent IFS Security roles:
- Admin_ST
- LearningAdministrator_ST
- LearningAdministratorActorOrgUnit_ST
To add learning activities in the Learning Activities channel, users must have the IDM-SuperUser role.
Enabling activities for Smart Help
Before you can associate a learning activity to a screen in Smart Help, you must enable the activity in Learning and Development.
You must have the requisite IFS role before you can enable activities for Smart Help.
- In HR Talent, select .
- In the Activities section, select an active activity with online content, and then double-click to open the activity.
- Click the Online Content tab.
- In the Activity Available for Smart Help section, turn on the Enable For Smart Help Usage switch.
