User-created and user-managed content in Smart Help
Smart Help enables users to add custom materials and links to most application screens.
Note: Infor Document Management (IDM) access is required to view this content. You must have the IDM-User role to view or manage content. Contact your system administrator for information about IFS role permissions and access.
Using IDM, users can associate custom content and links with specific screen IDs. This content appears in the My Content channel, and links to external sites appear in the My Links channel for users with IDM access.
The user-managed content channels in Smart Help are My Content and My Links.
