IFS security roles for Smart Help
Even though Smart Help is provisioned automatically and is available out-of-the-box for all users, some features are associated with IFS security roles. This table shows what IFS roles are needed for some of the Smart Help features.

Note: This IFS security role required for the add/delete/update actions for My Content is only applicable if the EditControl access control list is selected as the default ACL for the Smart Help document type. If the EditControl access control list is not the default ACL the IDM-User role is also used for the add/delete/update actions.
