Knowledge Base articles in Smart Help
Service Now Knowledge Base (KB) articles that are associated to an application screen are displayed in the Smart Help Knowledge Base channel.
Note: Only Infor support analysts can associate KB entries to application screens.
For a KB article to be associated to an application screen and shown in Smart Help, the screenID of the screen must be specified in the KB article.
To associate a KB article to an Infor application screen, an Infor support analyst must:
- Determine the screen ID of the application screen
- Specify the screen ID in the KB article.
