Associating a KB article to an application screen

Before you can associate a KB article to an application screen, you must have the screen ID of that application screen.

See Determining the screen ID of an application screen.

  1. Navigate to the KB article in Service Now.
  2. Edit the KB.
  3. Specify this information:
    Application Screen IDs
    Specify the screen ID of the application screen to be associated with this KB article
  4. Save the KB article.
    Navigate to the screen in the application and view the Knowledge Base channel to verify the KB article is listed.
