Enabling activities for Smart Help

Before you can associate a learning activity to a screen in Smart Help, you must enable the activity in Learning and Development.

You must have the requisite IFS roles before you can enable activities for Smart Help.

  1. From Infor HR Talent, select Learning and Development > Activities.
  2. Select an active activity with content in the Online Content section, and then open the activity.
  3. Navigate to the Online Content tab.
  4. Scroll to Activity Available for Smart Help and toggle Enable for Smart Help Usage.
  5. Click Save.
    The activity is now enabled for Smart Help and is available to be added to a screen.
