User Adoption Platform (UAP) Content
When you are logged into UAP and click a simulation or a material from the UAP Content channel, the content is displayed in the format you selected. For example, if you click on Job Aid as a , the PDF of that simulation's job aid is displayed.
You can also use the Search icon and field to search for the UAP content that exists on that screen. For example, if you have 25 simulations on a screen, you can use the Search field to search for a specific material you want.
Note: Some material format types, such as html/assessment or html/auto, may be displayed outside of the standard panel size. You can resize the widget to view all the available UAP materials and links.
In the UAP Content channel:
- Smart Help lists the main UAP simulation at the top level and then any additional available materials and their formats are nested underneath.
- If you click the top level simulation, you are navigated to inside your UAP Learning Library for that material.
- You can use the full Learning Library from inside Smart Help.
- When you select the top-level simulation link or the Simulation (HTML) link, you are navigated to the simulation's landing screen.
- You can scroll rightwards to select the , , , and options.
- When you select one of those options, the simulation is opened in a new window.
Note: The simulation only opens in a new window when you activate it from the top-level simulation or the Simulation (HTML) options in UAP Content.
- When you click on a non-simulation UAP material such as a job aid, procedure table, or work instruction, it is displayed directly inside the UAP Content channel.
- If you select a PDF, the content is opened inside a PDF interface.
