User-created content in Smart Help

The correct IDM admin IFS Security Roles are required to upload user-created content to Smart Help. IDM user access is required view the content. See your systems administrator to learn about permissions and to get access.

Smart Help can be used to add custom content for most application screens using Infor Document Management (IDM) to associate your content the screen ID. The result is that any user with IDM access can see links to content in the My Documents tab in the Smart Help widget. For example, you can view custom training materials for a specific task.

Use the Smart Help widget or the IDM solution to link content.
