Creating multiple users in Infor User Adoption Platform

Create a new user in Infor User Adoption Platform. This task is performed by the customer system administrator.

Note: The new users will not be able to see or alter any content until roles are added to the user profiles. See Adding roles in Infor User Adoption Platform.
  1. In Infor User Adoption Platform, click Administration in the top right of the screen.
  2. Click User Information Sources in the Administration pane.
  3. Click Add User Source.
  4. Specify this information:
    Name
    Enter a name for the user source
    Description
    Enter a description
    Type
    Choose a source type from the drop-down menu
    • Directory Server: Pulls users from a directory server, such as ADFS. Enter the address of the server.
    • File: Pulls users from a file, such as an Excel file. Upload that file.
    • SAML Identity Provider: Pulls users with SAML. Enter the address of the provider.
  5. Click Save.
