Creating a user in Infor User Adoption Platform

Create a new user in Infor User Adoption Platform. This task is performed by the customer system administrator.

Note: The new user will not be able to see or alter any content until roles are added to the user profile. See Adding roles in Infor User Adoption Platform.
  1. In Infor User Adoption Platform, click Administration in the top right of the screen.
  2. Click Users in the Administration pane.
  3. Click Add Users.
  4. Specify this information:
    User ID
    Enter a user ID for the new user. Best practice is the first letter of the first name followed by the full last name.
    First Name
    The user's first name
    Last Name
    The user's last name
    Enter the user's initial password and confirm it in the following field.
    Time Zone
    Select the proper time zone.
    Select the proper language.
    Email Address
    The user's email address
  5. Click Save.
