Infor User Adoption Platform authentication options
When you set up User Adoption Platform to work with Smart Help, you can choose from these
authentication options:
- Forms-based authentication: This option requires your users to provide their Infor User Adoption Platform user name and password to log into Infor User Adoption Platform. Youl set up and manage users in Infor User Adoption Platform. See Users in Infor User Adoption Platform.
- SSO with SAML authentication: With this option, you must set up
Infor User Adoption Platform as a service provider. This option supports single sign on from
applications running in Infor Ming.le. When users click, their user information is automatically moved into Infor User Adoption
Platform. Note: You can use these instructions to set up Infor Ming.le as your authentication service provider. For information about setting up an alternative method, contact your provider.
