Infor User Adoption Platform screen IDs and templates

Infor User Adoption Platform collects screen ID values automatically only when creating documents (.udc files). For other file types, the screen IDs must be manually applied.

• uPerform / Infor User Adoption Platform documents (.udc files) created before applying the recorder configuration
• Non-.udc files or content such as Infor User Adoption Platform courses, managed documents, web documents

When manually assigning the screen ID values relevant to a given content item, then add them to the “Transaction Code” property of the file. If more than one screen ID applies to given file, add them to the document property as a comma separated list.
