Returns

Select the check box from the list in the Order History tab to mark the items for return.

The check box is available for items on order lines where the Line Type value is 0, 1, or 2, and for lot controlled items. Core Items cannot be returned.

When you reorder or return items, new conditions are applied. The conditions are not copied from the previous order.

You can select several lines simultaneously, and change the quantity.

When at least one check box is selected, a new button RETURN SELECTED is displayed. Click this button to open the New Order Details dialog box. To indicate that they are being returned, the selected items are added to the order with a negative order quantity.
