Multiple matches

If multiple matches are found, the item search result list is displayed and the user selects the correct item and adds it to the basket when you click ADD ITEM. The basket opens when an item is added to the order and stays open. Facets are not available in Quick Entry mode.

The hyperlink in the Name / Item Number column is used to open the Item Details panel for the selected item.
