Configure the order history list

You can configure the fields shown in the order history list in the M3 BE program 'Custom List MI. Open' (CMS015). The (CMS015) record defined in Sales Hub Properties (List View field in Search tab, Order History Search subsection) is used. Record Lst_SH_Lines is delivered as a part of the Sales Hub content package and is used by default, but can be changed.

If you change the record in (CMS015), the change is effective a day later in Infor Sales Hub. That is because of the cache mechanism that is reset every night.

Note: Existing transactions are overwritten in the monthly maintenance. Because of that, instead of changing the record, we recommend you to create a new record in (CMS010) and (CMS015), and change the record name in Sales Hub Properties.
